Ship small, ship often, ship real

The most underrated AI strategy is the oldest software advice, now with no excuses left.
Here's the least fashionable AI take I have: the winning strategy is still 'ship small, ship often, ship real'. The tools changed. The advice didn't. What changed is you've run out of excuses for not following it.
The blank page used to be a real cost. Now it's a sentence. Scaffolding used to eat a day. Now it's a coffee. Every reason you had for batching work into a big risky release just got cheaper to avoid.
A thing in production teaches you more in a day than a plan does in a month.
So cut the release in half, then in half again. Put the small real thing in front of one real user. Let the world correct you while the correction is cheap. The model is happy to build whatever you imagine — make sure reality gets a vote early.
